Llyn Carnguwch is a two and a half acre fly fishing lake stocked with organic rainbow trout, which can be fished year round. It was formed in 1999 and the margins were planted with a variety of shrubs and trees that are maturing as part of the very pleasant waterside environment.
Water from the farm's own mountainside spring runs as a mill stream through the cottage gardens before cascading in to the lake from a wooden water-chute. It is very clean and clear and the minerals in it help to support a variety of life-forms in the lake, which in turn provide food for the fish. This food from the lake's eco-system is not supplemented with any other food.

Guests Staying at Organig Parc
Fishing on Llyn Carnguwch is included in the price of your stay at Organig Parc, all you need is your own licensed rod and tackle and the lake is yours.
Fishing for Non- residents
All day: £28 (4 fish) catch and release after bag caught.
4 hours: £16 (2 fish) catch and release after bag caught.
Under 18s: half price.
Under 12s: free, accompanied by adult.
Catch & Release: £2.50 an hour, minimum of 2 hours, barbless or de-barbed hooks only.

Llyn Carnguwch Facilities
A rod, landing net, and selection of flies are available to hire from reception.
Fly fishing lessons are available if booked in advance. These are charged at £20 per person per hour (includes rod and tackle use). Available in both Cymraeg & English.
A lakeside hut provides electricity, water, hot drink making facilities, chairs, and scales.
